Consult Awarded Edinburgh City Council Multi Storey Flats Contract

Consult are pleased to have been awarded the contract for Edinburgh City Council to begin work in 2011 on two multi storey flats in Edinburgh to refurbish four lifts to include replacement of works to include new machines, entrances, cabins and landing equipment.

SEPTEMBER 2010
Machine Room Less (MRL) Lift and Tower

Consult complete the installation of our Machine room Less (MRL) 8 Person- 630kg lift and tower within our offices after many changes from the original planned equipment to provide in-house training for our engineers

In 2011 Consult will invite clients to visit to view parts of lifts they normally do not have access to and hopefully this helps provide them with a better understanding of items they deal with in their day to day business.

Linstone Housing Assoc. & Falkirk Council

Consult Lift Services complete the refurbishment projects of six multi storey lifts for Linstone Housing Association and Falkirk Council within agreed budgets and programmes. The completion of these projects gives both Clients’ properties for the future with some of the most energy efficient lift equipment in the social housing sector in Scotland.

APRIL 2010
New Training Tower

Consult begin works installing the new training tower within our warehouse which in 2010 when completed will be the first lift company in Scotland to house a fully functional lift to provide a in-house training/test tower with full accessibility of all equipment to allow clients to view parts of lifts normally out with the publics view.

Work Begins on Muti Storey Flats

Consult begin work on six muti storey flats in Falkirk and Linwood to refurbish all lifts to include replacement of works to include controller and machines with new VF controllers and gearless motors solutions normally associated with only office and other prestigious projects to provide energy efficient solutions for the future.
